While my stay was overall delightful, the slippery shower floor posed a minor inconvenience, and the internet connection could be spotty at times.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the warm welcome with a margarita upon arrival. The breakfast in the lovely courtyard featured seasonal fruits and egg dishes, and the staff, including Citlali and Fernando, were exceptionally attentive throughout my visit.

No elevator access.

We loved our stay here! The historical charm of the place made it perfect as our base to explore all that Puebla has to offer. The staff went above and beyond, and we really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and refreshing welcome cocktail, especially after a long day of sightseeing with our kids.

In my wife’s opinion, a family-oriented area for kids would be great.

I loved starting each day with a delicious breakfast in the cozy courtyard while the fantastic historic landmarks were just a short stroll away, including the Zocalo and the captivating Biblioteca Palafoxiana, both less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

However, the lack of an elevator made navigating the stairs cumbersome, especially with luggage, and the internet connection was occasionally unreliable, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Had a fab time enjoying the authentic colonial vibe and a cozy room with a spacious bathroom! The rooftop terrace and the charming lounge area were perfect spots to unwind. Just a heads up, the shower floor can get a bit slippery, so be careful. 😊

The boutique hotel offers a beautifully converted historic house with large modern bathrooms, and lovely colonial-style rooms. The dining options include a central courtyard Mexican restaurant and an interior Italian restaurant, both providing excellent meals. Located just off the Zocalo, it’s perfect for exploring Puebla's main attractions. The friendly staff provided exceptional service, including an upgrade to a more spacious room upon arrival and a delightful breakfast.
